CMM Assessment:
Strobe has begun implementing the CMM and will undergo assessment in 2008. With the appropriate methodologies and processes already in place, you can expect to achieve the same quality of delivery and process focus that a CMM assessed organization can provide.
Product/Technology Certification: With a view to ensure minimum skill levels amongst our consulting and development teams, we ensure that a large part of the teams are certified on the products and technologies they work on. Our consultants and developers are certified in the following areas:

Project Management Capabilities:
Our Project Managers are required to undergo PMI certification withint 6 months of joining to ensure a common minimum skill level amoung all our senior project managers.
The PMI certified managers are assigned for onsite project management and are responsible for ensuring proper communications and project delivery. |
